Death is coming for our civilization. There is almost no time left.
Saving civilization may be punishable by death.
We the people of the earth need on law above all others: no one shall make or own any weapons of mass destruction, especially thermonuclear weapons. The most pressing problem is how to remove all such weapons and capabilities and enforce their non creation going forward.
